The value for money at the Fritz was great, with a bright and spacious room that had beautiful French-style windows and comfy seating areas. The location was perfect, right near the Königsallee, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider selection of items.

All members of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for all of Düsseldorf. Prices are very reasonable. Free internet & breakfast included in price! Also try Café Rosies just down the street for any meal.
If you get a room facing the street you will hear some noise.

Convenient to Alstadt and Konigsilee as well as all transit systems
No air conditioning. It was over 90 degrees on June 28th and the room was very warm. Sleeping was difficult. Also, upon arrival, the elevator did not work, which made it challenging to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs

Delightful meals, overall everything was perfectly fine.
Truly enjoyed my very very good stay for a business trip. The rooms were bright and decent sized, equipped with a work desk, flat-screen television and a seating area.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was also close to museums and two big supermarkets, making it convenient for any needs. The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was modern and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep.
The rooms were on the smaller side and lacked a desk, which could be inconvenient for those needing to work or study. The breakfast was simple and didn't offer a wide variety of options, so don't expect anything too special.

- owner of hotel is a lady who really does not care. The rooms are not cleaned properly, just check all the dust on lamps and furniture. The worst part is internet, just not working and after politly asking for solution hotel owner just ignores you. Unbelievable, not a hotel to recommend in 2010.
